Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using the export support services provided by DripSquare Inc.
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms apply to anyone who uses the export support services ("the service") provided by DripSquare Inc. ("we", "us").
By using the service, you are taken to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
In these terms:
- "the service" means our consulting services, the web catalog, and anything that goes with them.
- "user" means a company or an individual who registers for and uses the service.
Article 3 (Registration)
A company or individual who wants to use the service must register in the way we set out.
We may refuse a registration in any of the following cases.
- The applicant has broken these terms before
- The registration contains false information
- We judge the registration to be inappropriate for another reason
Article 4 (What you must not do)
When using the service, you must not:
- break the law or act against public order and morals
- infringe the rights of other users, of us, or of anyone else
- interfere with the running of the service
Article 5 (Suspending or ending the service)
We may suspend the service for a time in the following cases.
- System maintenance
- Events beyond our control, such as an earthquake, a fire or a power cut
- Any other case where we judge it necessary
Article 6 (Limits of our liability)
We are not liable for loss arising from your use of the service, except where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Disputes between users, or between a user and a third party, are to be settled between those parties. We take no part in them.
Article 7 (Changes to these terms)
We may change these terms when we need to. The new terms take effect once they are posted on the service.
Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute about them goes to the court with jurisdiction over our registered address, to the exclusion of other courts.
This is a translation of the Japanese original. If the two differ, the Japanese version applies.
