Business Model

We do more than export.

On the farm side we take care of quality control and shipping. On the buyer side we listen to what the market wants, then bring that back to the farms. Making all three sides better off is how this business works.

With the farms

Growers should be able to spend their time growing tea. We take the export work off their hands.
What we do
  • Export papers and customs, so the paperwork stops being their problem
  • A farm tour every month, bringing buyers straight to the fields
  • What buyers said in meetings, passed back for the next product
  • Brochures, booths and other material for overseas

With the buyers

Quality you cannot predict, stock that runs out, questions nobody answers. We fix those with a system.
What we do
  • Test results and how the tea was made, written down, so quality is a fact
  • Five regions and a wide range of grades, so supply holds up year after year
  • Labels, packing and customs handled together, so one company covers export
  • Prices built from what we see on the ground, so you know what you pay for
  • What sells where, shared with you, plus the story behind the tea
