Matcha tasting and buyer meetings in Manila, Philippines

In Manila we ran a matcha tasting for café owners and buyers, pouring different grades side by side and talking through where each one comes from and how it is made.

Alongside the tasting we held individual meetings, asking directly about the price points, the uses and the certifications the market needs. Demand for matcha lattes is growing fast across Southeast Asia, and several of those conversations are now moving towards actual orders.
